I imagine he would have - though to be honest, I'm only basing my opinion on the fact he's pretty darn good at everything he does. Since I've only ever seen 'A Midsummer Night's Dream' once (and that was at an outdoor Shakespeare Festival back in the early 1990s where I might've had too much wine in the summer sun) I'm really not the one to ask!
